Instructions:

	Launcher is a Windows application excecutive. You can enter the filename 
and it's path in Launcher's Command Line and hit return or hit the Ok button 
to run that program. If you do not remember the file's path, you can search 
for if using the listboxes. The "Directories:" list box contains path and 
drive information while the "Files:" listbox contains the files for the 
selected path. Selection can be done with the keyboard or the mouse.
	Launcher can be used as a replacement for the Program Managers File Run 
dialog box. Because it is a window and not a modal dialog box, it is always 
available with the addition feature of being able to let you find the file 
if need be. For more information run Launcher and look at it's Help system.

Shareware:
	
	Launcher is shareware. You are allowed to try it out, copy as well as 
distribute Launcher as long as:

	No fee is charged for use or copies.

	It is not modified in any way.

	If you find Launcher useful a registration of $10 would be appreciated.
Registered users will receive the latest version of Launcher.

Distribution:

	You are free to distribute Launcher as long as you do so in its original 
unmodified form. The original zip file should suffice as long as it contains 
the following files:
